Dear MUN-Enthusiasts,
The 9th session of AMUN takes place from September 29 to October 2, 2026 in Hamburg at Gymnasium Klosterschule.
We hope to make this year’s AMUN a joyfuland lasting experience, so that the participants can take part in fruitful debates and make new international friends.
The first step of the registration process is to register individually (only if you will not be part of a delegation sent by a school) or pre-register (only for groups) by filling in the respective form and to mail it back to the following email address: amun.conferencemanager@gmail.com by May, 18 2026.
We appreciate it if your school wishes to provide us with one or more chairs or if you wish to participate as a chair individually. Please include this information on the registration. Additionally, a potential Chair should send a short letter of motivation (including previous experience) by May 18, 2026.
This year we can offer only a limited number of places in host families, which will be allocated when the final registration is completed (first come, first serve). Information concerning this process will be provided by the conference management in time.

When having confirmed your interest in participation, we will begin to divide delegations between schools, ask you for your final registration and the payment of the conference fee (€ 50,- per Delegate).

GA3: Social, Humanitarian and Cultural:
1. Ensuring Sustainable and Inclusive Economic Development in tourist-dependent Countries while protecting Local cultures and Ecosystems.
2.Establishing legal Frameworks to safeguard the Rights of LGBTQIA+ Individuals and implement them worldwide.
GA4: Special Politics and Decolonisation:
1.Establishing and implementing a sustainable peace treaty in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
2.Protecting cultural identity and the rights of indigenous peoples to revitalize endangered languages.
GA6: Legal:
1.Strengthening international frameworks for the protection of labor rights in global supply chains.
2.The issue of international liability and accountability regarding environmental damage and human distress resulting from nuclear weapons testing or use.
CSW: Comisson on the Status of Women
1.Guaranteeing women’s autonomy by ensuring equal and fair access to reproductive health care with special regard to the protection of sex workers globally
2.Developing international legal mechanisms to regulate Al-generated deepfakes and protect women from exploitation and abuse
3.Protecting the safety of women and girls in refugee camps
ECOSOC: Economic and Social Council:
1.Addressing the consequences of the economic exploitation of ecosystems, such as deforestation, the loss of biodiversity, and water safety.
2.Debating the consequences of increasing Al use and development for the environment.
3.Supporting young adults affected by unemployment due to a lack of education and skill development.
SC: Security Council:
1.De-escalating the military confrontation in the Middle East while safeguarding maritime security in the Persian Gulf.
2.Addressing the resurgence of non-state armed groups in Colombia and protecting the safety of citizens.
3.Safeguarding peace and security in Ukraine, considering frameworks for a just and lasting peace.
